I am a composer/pianist with a master's degree in composing for film from Conservatorium van Amsterdam and a bachelor's degree from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. recently I have been doing my Ph.D. in composition at the University of Birmingham. It is a distant program so I go to the UK 2 times per year. I have 10 years of experience teaching music to children and adults. My lessons are tailor-made based on the interests of my students and especially with children I always find ways to have fun while doing the lessons. I believe that learning music should've filled with joy but at the same time disciplined.
