If you want to prepare for ABRSM graded exams, to play for pleasure, to learn more about the music theory or to compose your own guitar music I’ll be happy to be your music instructor. It doesn’t matter if you are beginner or advanced. It is enough to like music and guitar. As a Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music I prepare students both for practical and theoretical exams. Recently I work on my PhD and teach guitar, music theory and composition at my “A Major” Guitar School and online. Although I am classical trained musician I am interested in Balkan music. If you like to add some East flavor to your playing it's a good idea to get some tips from the Traditional music of the Balkans.

If you are interested in the traditional music of the Balkans you are in the right place. I will tell you about this strange mix of European and Asian music traditions often called Balkan music. You will understand more about the odd Balkan rhythms, scales, typical dances, and more. I will also demonstrate one of the traditional Bulgarian instruments called Tamboura and will tell you about its history and typical use. You don’t need to be a musician in order to enjoy my course.
