I am Aaishna, here to teach how to dance and perform in different dance styles. I will also help you learn hindi in different manners and teach you how to be confident with your dance.

I am a dancer and choreographer and been teaching dance fitness as well as bollywood dance for over 8 years. Want to workout from home or learn some basic or intermediate bollywood moves?

I take online classes for dance fitness and bollywood dance twice a week.
Everyone from 3 to over 70years old are welcome! Bollywood Dance is a unique dance style based on Indian Bollywood films. The program was specially designed so that no dance experience is needed.

Doy clases de Hip Hop, desde preescolar hasta jóvenes de aproximadamente 20 años que no se han incorporado intensamente al baile.
He bailado Hip Hop desde los 12 años, el año pasado bailé 20 horas a la semana. He bailado en dos escuelas diferentes y este último año he comenzado a hacer Breakdance. Mi especialidad sigue siendo el Hip Hop.
Estuve durante dos años (2016-2018) enseñando a niñas de 3 a 12 años. El primer año en la escuela donde bailaba, y el segundo haciendo actividades extraescolares en una escuela primaria. Preparé diferentes coreografías para el final del curso; Además, en las clases alternaba nuevos pasos y diferentes ejercicios dinámicos para incorporar más conciencia corporal.
Me gusta mucho enseñar y aportar conocimientos, y la danza es una herramienta muy poderosa para conocer nuestro cuerpo.

Bollywood - wer liebt es nicht? In den Lockdown Zeiten ist es sehr schwierig sich in Bewegung zu halten. Also dachte ich mir wieso tanzen wir denn nicht zusammen ?
Ihr könnt ganz gechillt von Zuhause aus tanzen und hält euch zudem noch sehr fit. ☺️
Und dein Alter spielt gar keine Rolle! Ob 5 oder 50, oder drunter oder drüber ☺️

Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und tanze mittlerweile seit 17 Jahren indischen klassischen Tanz und zudem noch Bollywood/Kollywood ☺️

Wir sind eine ADTV Tanzschule, die seit über 30 Jahren am Markt ist. Wir haben bestehende Kurse im Paartanz, Salsa, Lindy Hop, Discofox, DanceFit, Latin Lady Style, Hip Hop und Kindertanz und ab April 2024 werden wir auch Contemporary im Programm habern. Wir sind auch gerne bereit, Privatstunden und -kurse anzubieten.

Kathak is one of the classical jewels of India where the powerful footwork (Tatkar) and hand movements (hastakas) are used to tell a story.

Having learnt the form for over 13 years, I understand the determination, joy as well as frustration that I as a student went through.

This is not one of those dances where you can learn the choreography over an hour. This form of dance requires patience and practice.

With me you will achieve excellence, skills, speed, and receive of the joy of dancing as well.

My Background: 13 years of Kathak training in Kalashram (under Mamta Maharaj - daughter of Late Pt. Birju Maharaj)

- took part in several performances and competitions.

- was a part of CWG (2010) in Delhi

- choreographed several pieces for children of age 7 to 15 years

My Classes: online classes with a bit of warm up and then Kathak.

- Bollywood, semi- classical choreographies
- homework to learn theory and practice
