More than a practice, yoga is a lifestyle that heals, cares for and strengthens the
body, mind and spirit through the practice of asanas, breathing and
meditation.
During a yoga session, which usually lasts between an hour and an hour and a half,
different asanas or postures harmonized with breathing are practiced,
