I offer personalized coaching in movement, strengthening, nutrition and well-being, mainly online, with the possibility of occasional in-person sessions as needed. My coaching is for people who wish to: resume physical activity gently strengthen their body body restructuring to improve their mobility and posture regain energy and better regularity to feel better in their bodies on a daily basis The approach is progressive, caring and adapted to each individual's pace, taking into account time constraints, level, any pain and lifestyle. I do not offer ready-made solutions, but a tailored approach focused on autonomy and sustainability.
