My mothertounge is Italian, but I lived in the USA for one year and studying abroad I master also the English language. I have taught to different ages group but mainly children/ teenagers and beginners. I have been involved for many years in a competitive sport, participating for 5 years at the swimming Italian championships, this is also why I prepare also a gym program/ nutrition plan for whoever wants to approach to the sport world. Furthermore, I am currently studying medicine, and willing to become a doctor specialized in sport medicine and nutrition.
