Legal Philosophy and Theory are the building blocks of Law. These disciplines deconstruct everything we think we know about law, opening our minds to new ways of seeing the world and how law operates within in. By the Founder and Director of the World Moot on International Law and Animal Rights, this class is taught through traditional lessons imparting substantive legal knowledge and legal skills training, including in the form of mooting exercises. We also work on techniques and strategies for assessments, and, to test the student's knowledge, engage in exercises in the form of mock assessments (essays and problem questions) that are graded by the tutor.

International Law is a fast-growing area of law in an increasingly globalised world. It encompasses areas of PIL such as International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Criminal Law, and International Law and Armed Conflict.
