I am also a Yoga, Meditation and Qi Qong practitioner and in my approach I use tools from talk therapy, writing therapy, art therapy and holistic disciplines.

I am a Family Constellation Facilitator and I organize and facilitate Sacred Women Circles. Since 2007 I have attended a number of Gestalt Therapy programs, Family Constellation sessions and training, Psychodrama, Biodanza and other group therapy sessions with a particular focus on Women Healing Circles (group) and Women Mental Health Counselor (individual). Since I have a bi-cultural background and I grew up in different countries, I am particularly familiar with Second Generation of Immigrants mental health and social issues, especially among young women.

I have studied, worked and lived in many countries and worked with children, high school and university students for more than 10 years integrating the knowledge and the skills acquired in my personal development trainings.

I connect easily and deeply with people and my intuition leads me to see both their Light and their Darkness, as well as the way to overcome the fragmentation of Self.

I work mainly with teenagers, young and adult women combining different tools and techniques in order to support and guide their Inner Wisdom.
