Teaching: DNA, RNA and Plasmid Extraction & Purification. Agarose gel electrophoresis.
Gene cloning (Restriction, Ligation, &Transformation) Primer Design, PCR, RT-PCR, Quantitative PCR and computer analysis of kinetic data. Sterile microbiological techniques allowing for the maintenance and growth of bacterial cell cultures.
Use of a haemocytometer, microscopic investigation, aseptic techniques and bacterial isolation and cultivation.
Protein isolation and separation by affinity chromatography. Recombinant Protein Expression & purification. ELISA, Western blotting analysis, SDS-PAGE. Immunoassays, and spectrophotometry. Heamagglutination/Heamagglutination inhibition tests. Purification of antibodies.

As an engineering student, I can offer you tutoring or further study depending on your needs, for math. We can look at misunderstood course concepts, do exercises to apply the course, or go further to prepare for competitions or excel.
I am currently a graduate student at the Tokyo Institute of Technology and specialized in math.

Hello,

I am currently in an exchange year at Tokyo Institute of Technology and I am looking to give private lessons in mathematics and physics (If necessary, I can help with last-minute SVT and philosophy homework).

I live in Shinagawa and my university is in Meguro: I would like not to move too far from these 2 neighborhoods if possible.

I have been giving private lessons for 2 years and I adapt to any profile (for example, I followed a student with dyscalculia).

In general, I leave the student with a summary sheet at the end of the session with the key points seen together.
