Courses are hold either at Bullingerhof, 8004 Zurich or Schindlergut, 8006 Zurich.

Hatha Vinyasa is an inclusive method that affirms anyone who can breathe can practice yoga.
We will create during our practice a place where sweat, strength, flexibility and focus meet softness, quiet, introspection and self-love.

First, yoga will become your "workout" and then became a spiritual way of life to understand more about yourself and guide your body and your soul at the same time.

I am a certified RYT 250 hours in Hatha Vinyasa.

5 years experience of power vinyasa yoga.
I am a certified RYT Hatha Vinyasa (200 hours). I was one of Liz Lindt student who taught us an awareness-based practice that include fluid, dynamic asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and self-study for optimal health, empowerment and personal growth. I will share with you one of my favorite quotation

(200 hours) which is an inclusive method that affirms anyone who can breathe can practice yoga and where the mat is use as a metaphor to understand where we are stuck so that we can eliminate all that inhibits our individual and collective evolution and healing.
