My name is Melodi and I'm from the states. I've been working as a English Teacher in Istanbul for about three years now. During our lessons, we'll practice speaking English and expanding vocabulary.

My name is Melodi and I'm from Columbus, Ohio. I've been teaching English in Istanbul for about three years. I have a passion for teaching and I love working with young esl learners.

Education

My Bachelor degree is in psychology, I'm currently doing my masters degree in psychological guidance and counseling. I have two years of working with young esl learners.

The first step that I take as a Teacher of my journey with my students to success is to get to know them well, understand each student’s needs. I try to find out easy but challenging ways for students to learn and improve their skills. Having lessons with me could help you to get more confident while speaking English/French or any other language because to speak another language is like to possess a second soul, as it’s said. A different language is a different vision of life, that’s why teaching foreign languages for me is much more than a duty

English and French are nowadays two languages much in demand in the labor market and used in our daily lives; Whether you are a student or a professional and you want to improve your level, you are at the right place.

English, French and arabic are one of the universal languages .people can use it anywhere so if you want a well educated teacher Im here to teach it for you .also this lessons can help anyone to to use his skills and abilities in other languages

as English becomes one of the most international languages used all over the world, it's important for us to always have it in our back pocket, I aim to introduce English and help the students start using the language in everyday situations. i shape the curriculum around each student and each individual case, however we will mainly be covering reading, writing, grammar, spelling and accent reduction (Phonetic skills). I use an untraditional approach to make sure that the lessons are not boring and dull, and to make the learning experience more interactive and shaped on students interests and what speaks to them. also noted all the lesson will be completely in English, and no other languages will be spoken. I can also prep students for coming exams like language exams, school quizzes and igcse.

I am a Mechanical Engineer with a lot of experience in the English language, I studied everything i can in English, and I would be happy to help people having any difficulties in English.

The Lessons I will give are going to help people understand the English language more, and not to be afraid from talking and using the language in their daily life. You will learn the English based on your level, after the course is finished you will be able to speak and write English fluently.

Since Arabic is my Native language i would highly recommend my classes as you will be able to read and write Arabic in my classes.

I am willing to teach anyone looking forward to learn German or English in Istanbul. Don’t hesitate because my teaching methods are effective. You’ll not only learn how to speak but proper grammar, conversational skills, flexibility to conversate with natives effortlessly.

I have been teaching English, Hindi, Russian, and Urdu for more than 10 years now and I am quite experienced in helping people wreck down that 'language barrier' wall.

I use the grammar translation method, as well the CLT to get my students to gain confidence in speaking and, most importantly, comprehend its structure. I teach to THINK like a native. And once you get the flow of the language that the native speakers know, you'll speak like one!

Here is the pathway we will follow in our lessons!
We will start our lessons by learning the most basic skills such as correct pronunciation and simple grammar rules.
We will continue to improve our speaking, listening and grammar levels by learning new informations step by step.
Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
