I deliver my teachings with a combination of questioning and inquiry approaches. An initial assessment of the level of understanding of my students is very important. This enables me know where to start/continue with them. By this I can move them from known to unknown. It is very important to state that my approach is altogether student-centered. Different students have different needs which are peculiar to them. I believe that student satisfaction and value gained for money is achieved when individualised needs are met.
