Business Management is a difficult subject in the IB as there is lots of vigorous content in the course. With personalised attention, students can delve deeper into complex concepts, receive targeted guidance on exam preparation, and develop critical thinking and analytical skills essential for success. The Business Management curriculum demands a nuanced understanding of theories, case studies, and real-world applications, therefore, it would be especially helpful to have a tutor who understands business concepts and has a keen awareness of the IB's unique assessment criteria. In this class we will go over past papers, different business concepts, definitions and tools as well as practice writing paper 1 and 2 essays. Individual support with this subject will allow for students to achieve a better understanding, receive one on one help, where it's easier to ask questions compared to a classroom environment, and learn the subject through a past IB students point of view. I joined the class in the second year of IB and although I missed learning much of the course in the classroom through developing an appropriate method to learn missed content myself I managed to achieve a 7, a top grade, in my final examinations.
