Our life, home, family, studies and work are interlinked and they can be very stressful at times. I support, guide and coach students, children (12+) and professionals through their every day life and to organize and simplify processes to be productive, successful and to improve their quality of life. I teach scientific and time proven life- & organization skills, strategies, principles and tools to implement them in real life right away. I have experiences in teaching and coaching students, children and professionals with many cultural and intercultural backgrounds in community centres and private life-coaching sessions.

I'm Caroline, a native Swiss and living 20 years overseas and teaching German and English as a second language in community centres for children, students and adults.
