Hello!

in my course I combine my university background in Psychology, life coaching training and 27 years teaching the English Language to Spanish speakers in Spain.

The course I offer is an introduction to life coaching and personal development for Spanish and Catalan speakers.
It's for people who are interested in learning about life coaching for personal and/or professional purposes, and want to practise their English language skills.

The curriculum includes an exploration of theory and practical exercises on the following 4 parts:

The Basics of Life Coaching - what it is and what it isn't
Your Life Coaching Journey - your best self, beliefs, values, powerful questions, evaluating now, options and actions.
Focusing on the Elements of your Life - Career, money, relationships, wellbeing and development.
Creating a Harmonious Whole Life - balance, decisions and applying your coaching knowledge.
