Having taught both English and History for several years, I have extensive experience helping students improve both their passion for the subjects and their academic attainment. I completed my PGCE in Teaching at the University of Oxford, and have worked in a variety of educational settings, including schools in the UK, as well as international schools in Dubai and China. This diverse experience has given me a strong understanding of what students need to engage with a subject and succeed academically. In my classes, I focus on a range of skills, including exam techniques. As an Edexcel Examiner, I have firsthand experience with the exam boards’ expectations and can provide tailored support with essay writing, general fluency, and overall exam preparation. My aim is to ensure that each lesson is specifically tailored to meet the demands of the exam boards while fostering a love for learning.
