After all, I also did Hatha Flow, Artistic Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Menstrual Yoga courses with the same teacher - Kadambari.
From that time I started to share my knowledge as a Yoga instructor.

As I already did mention before besides Hatha I also teach Artistic Yoga which is a dynamic terpsichorean form of practice. Is a combination of modern scientific techniques and ancient yoga.
