Hi, my name is Anna and I have been teaching and researching the most effective methods for learning jazz harmony, ear training, and spontaneous arrangement skills for more than 15 years. I will take your music instincts and skills to the next level.

Because of the effective methodology and premium techniques that are used in the course, we reduce the time of studying of the material to several months instead of several years. This means that you will be able to enjoy playing at jazz jams and share your music publicly much faster.

You will be guided how to practice using Pianistic Intervallic and Ear Training methods. No abstract theory: practice at ease with joy!

Along the musical information I will teach you unique psychotechniques in order to release inner resistance, possible procrastination but raise your energy levels and motivation to study regularly.

Concertist and teacher, Johanna studied piano solo at the Hochschule für Musik in Berlin Hanns Eisler and now continues them as a Master at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels.

A committed pedagogue, Johanna favors the expansion of the repertoires mastered by her students, and associates improvisation, harmony and knowledge of the context (historical and musical) to these courses.

She has taught at the Franco-German Music School in Berlin and at the Conservatoire in Rouen and now holds a class at the Ecole de Piano de Rouen.

During this class we will put a special focus on improvisation and expand the thematic of Level 1 & 2. During this course Davide will talk about all the most common vocabulary of bebop improvisation skills: Arpeggios, Scales, Diatonic Approaches, Chromatic Approaches, Double Chromatic, Triple, and the most efficient ways of studying them as a vocalist. The goal of these workshops is to improve our ears, timing, confidence and leadership as singers.

These classes are designed for students with different knowledge of piano, from beginner to intermediate - advanced. Normally I use the Faber Piano Adventures method, useful for all ages and levels, but another method can be chosen depending on the learning style of each student. We start with pre-reading, introduction to the staff and reading of scores. You will learn in a fun and effective way how to read music. Also, comprehensively, you will learn about music theory and ear training. Additionally, you are free to propose songs of your liking, to learn them along with the method.

Have you wanted to learn to play the piano for some time or do you want to teach your child to play the piano? My name is Faye, I've been playing the piano since the age of 6 years and have always been very passionate about music.

I offer lessons for children and adults from beginners to intermediate level. Styles: Pop, world, improv, and classical music. Lessons are a good musical basis for any style you wish to pursue.

My method tries to tailor to the needs of the student so that lessons are engaging structured and follow the natural curiosity and capabilities of the students.
