I offer guitar lessons for beginners and advanced players online through Zoom or Skype.
I teach guitar in combination with Jazz music theory.

The lessons will address the language of Jazz, the repertoire of standards, and improvising over them. Topics may vary from harmony concept, understanding tunes form, transposing, modes, voicing, ear training, soloing, comping, etc., from the fundamentals of the guitar to more advanced and modern aspects of it.

I have a long time of experience in teaching, privately and in schools. Lessons might suit children willing to learn music skills in rhythm, music reading, basic piano, understanding harmony, etc.

Jawa (1996) a Syrian oud player, singer and composer.
I was born in Aleppo, and I grew up in Damascus, Syria. I started playing music at the age of eleven. I chose the Oud as my instrument because my father used to play it everyday at home when I was young. Gradually, I fell in love with it and now I feel an unlimited feeling of freedom while playing it. Graduated from Rotterdam Conservatory in 2021.
