I specialize in supporting women who are carrying the burden of their family and society's pressure to integrate in a new and alien setting, while dealing with hardships in their family (difficult children, partner, job situations, etc). Working as a youth counselor gave me the opportunity to have great results with young men and women who feel lost and torn between two worlds.
Having dealt with many of these challenges myself and having raised 2 great successful children, I have continued to be a support for many with an ethnic background who often lack important support. My coaching style is uplifting, empowering and interactive. Improvements can very easily be felt and experienced (often within three sessions).
Topics that we can pick up together is: unemployment, job hunts, wellness, education, family support, budgeting, raising kids, cultural gaps, growing old, isolation, stress and goal setting.
I am trained in 'emotional intelligence', yoga and spiritual wisdom.
This is a well needed investment in yourself. Try it.

We are going to learn the languages through conversation and reading stories. Depending on your level, we are going to expand your grammar skills and other important skills. I will use the help of songs, poems and stories to integrate swiftly the language as your second nature.
