I offer classes for children, teenagers, and adults — from complete beginners to ambitious club players (up to 1800 rating). Lessons are available online or in Antwerp at deSingel.
You can choose:
• individual lessons tailored exactly to your needs
• group classes (organized upon request)
What we work on:
• understanding the game, not just memorizing moves
• opening principles and practical repertoires
• tactics training and calculation
• positional play and strategy
• endgames that actually win points
• tournament preparation and psychological aspects
Each lesson is adapted to your level and goals. Whether you want to start from scratch, improve your tournament results, or simply enjoy the beauty of the game more deeply, we build a clear training plan together.

• Game analysis (your own games are always welcome)

I am a graduate of the Antwerp Conservatory of Music and have been playing the cello for 20 years. Despite my young age, since 2012, after winning many auditions, I have played in orchestral projects in 18 European countries. I regularly participated in music courses and workshops.
Currently, I work as a freelancer and am an active concert musician and private teacher.
From my own experience, I know how important it is to practise sensibly and effectively at home, which is why I am happy to help young cello students who cannot count on the help of their parents, who are musicians, in this regard. I also work with adults who want to realise their dreams or return to skills they once acquired.
