I have a vast amount of experience and knowledge in a variety of care and voluntary settings. I managed a supported living service for adults with disabilities and now project manage community projects for young people with additional needs. This includes coaching and mentoring people of all ages either as a managing a staff team or in a teacher role in a classroom or one to one setting

Health and social care with elements of sociology, psychology, social work, mental health, disability, care work, human development, safeguarding, nutrition, deprivation of liberty, promoting independence, care work, supported living, care plans, risk assessments, volunteering, employability, project planning and management. Volunteering and care setting knowledge. For the younger age groups, I can offer training around volunteering, getting involved in the charity and community sector and also help with employment choices and gaining skills to help with employment. I can also guide on creating community projects and help to create ideas on art projects, grant application and delivery.
