Hi there, I'd like to offer you my knowledge and experience in getting you ready for your English tests. I'm a qualified CELTA tutor and have more than 10 years of experience teaching English in colleges and business places in the UK.

My interactive English test prep sessions provide two benefits. The first, you develop confidence to use my strategies for any given English test to get your desired score. The second benefit and a very important one is, you begin to develop English language skills that you take with you to apply in any field of study or work.

I have trained candidates having varying levels of English proficiency with test preps, CVs, cover letters, Personal Statements for jobs and university positions.

Teaching English for foreign learners has and always been a part of my career working for colleges, training organisations and businesses. I possess the ability to gain insights into my learners' levels of English proficiency and learning styles. I use this information to plan my lessons. Time, on my sessions is used productively. My learner gets a lot of time to practise language in a way they would use it at school, college or work.

My experience of teaching English has been in college settings and coaching learners for English exams.

Besides teaching English, I have worked as a qualified assessor for Management and Business Administration Level 5 Diploma courses. I have visited workplaces to deliver corporate training to employees and apprentices. Some of the employers that I worked with are the UK Parliament, Great Ormond Street Hospital, John Lewis and Waitrose.

Let us learn English. I am a patient teacher with experience teaching Japanese students. We can practice conversation, phonetics, and/or writing.

As someone who has recently started learning Japanese I can pay particular attention to differences between Japanese and English pronunciations and potential cultural pitfalls in daily conversations.
