Word Formation: How to turn adjectives into verbs of change. For example: худой → похудеть (thin → to lose weight), толстый → потолстеть (fat → to gain weight), старый → постареть.
The Science of Food: Understanding nutrition labels in Russian. We will study белки (proteins), жиры (fats), and углеводы (carbohydrates).
Flavors & Sensations: Descriptive vocabulary for tastes (bitter, sour, spicy) and how to use the verbs «удалось» (managed to) and «пришлось» (had to) in a culinary context.
Idioms & Expressions: Master vivid phrases like:
