During the first lesson the student will take an initial assessment which covers all the statutory requirements that are needed to be met by the student according to the National British Curriculum. This is done to verify all the weaknesses of the student. The following lessons will consist of working through all the topics of the curriculum mostly focusing on the topics which the student struggles with.

I have been giving two hour tutorial lessons to KS2 students the past two years at an institutional center in Reading. I have worked with children that were extremly weak and managed to not only improve their maths knowledge but also make them enjoy the subject.

Très souvent, les difficultés ne viennent pas d’un manque de capacité, mais de bases fragiles ou d’une méthode de travail inadaptée. Lors des premières séances, je prends le temps d’identifier précisément les points de blocage : incompréhensions sur des notions fondamentales, difficultés dans la résolution d’exercices, manque d’organisation ou de confiance. Ce diagnostic me permet d’adapter immédiatement le contenu et le rythme des cours.
