Kathak is an indoan classical dance form.i have done my Bach in kathak and persuing the same in Masters. In my classes I'll teach you from the basics. And for intermediate I'll start from your tatkar work.as obious for begginers i will start from raja taal. song choreography also available.

La danse orientale Raqs Sharqi (le terme « danse du ventre » est considéré comme réducteur, il a été donné à l’époque de Napoléon en Égypte, sachant que Raqs Sahrqui signifie en Egypte même « danse orientale ») est originaire d’Égypte et est surtout présente au Proche-Orient et au Maghreb; elle est dansée essentiellement par des femmes et s’est développée dans le monde entier.
La danse tonifie le corps et muscle le dos et vous laisse de bonne humeur.

I’ve been doing gymnastics for 8 years now , flexibility is my thing since I won many competitions in rhythmic gymnastics , played with the Moroccan national team and won the Moroccan championship in 2019 .

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .

So if you want to become flexible ,
learn how to do the split or something else , or simply feel better in your body this course can help you a lot !!
