Let's dance Ballet for everyone who want to learn how to dance Ballet

Hi, I am Jae Eun from South Korea and living in Amsterdam as a freelancer. I was educated at the SUNWHA Arts School and the Ewha Womans University. I was with Ballet Blanc, New Ballet, Ss Ballet, Youn DuckKyung Dance company in Korea and worked with Hobe Lasai, Carman Rozestraten, Peter Leung and Chamber X Chamber in the Netherlands. Now I am working as a dancer and ballet teacher based in the Netherlands and dancing with the international classical ballet of Ukraine. I have had so many Ballet classes in Korea and built up my career with students of different ages. Especially I focus on how much you love your dancing and the diversity of movement of each person with ballet technique. I would like to share my skills and invite my ballet class:)

1) Basic Ballet for Korean speakers!
If you are a Korean speaker and looking for a ballet class for beginners, welcome to join and let’s dance together. Learn about basic movements, terminology, structure and ballet exercises. No experience is required!

2) Intermediate ballet class for everyone!(ENG)
Who want to improve themselves after the beginner! Let’s enjoy our ballet movements and develop our technique. More focus on turn, jump and diversity of arm movements.

3) Advanced Ballet (ENG)
Dance class for advanced-level

Rhythmic gymnastics is an artistic and sporting discipline that mixes classical dance and mainly female gymnastics.
It is also a fantastic sport for developing a child's coordination, in addition to developing grace, balance, agility and posture.
It also offers gymnasts the opportunity to express their own personality and expression, while learning new body and technical skills using the following apparatus: Ribbon, hoop, ball, rope and clubs.

La danse orientale Raqs Sharqi (le terme « danse du ventre » est considéré comme réducteur, il a été donné à l’époque de Napoléon en Égypte, sachant que Raqs Sahrqui signifie en Egypte même « danse orientale ») est originaire d’Égypte et est surtout présente au Proche-Orient et au Maghreb; elle est dansée essentiellement par des femmes et s’est développée dans le monde entier.
La danse tonifie le corps et muscle le dos et vous laisse de bonne humeur.

I’ve been doing gymnastics for 8 years now , flexibility is my thing since I won many competitions in rhythmic gymnastics , played with the Moroccan national team and won the Moroccan championship in 2019 .

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .

So if you want to become flexible ,
learn how to do the split or something else , or simply feel better in your body this course can help you a lot !!
