I'm a Bulgarian concert pianist and teacher currently living in the Netherlands. I've received my Bachelor in Classical Piano at the Prins Claus Conservatory in Groningen and my Master's Degree in Classical Piano at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. I specialize in students that are ambitious and looking for the best quality lessons. I teach students to make the most out of their practice, to overcome stage fright and important musical knowledge like how to phrase and also help students solve problems like how to play a passage faster, or why a certain passage isn't working. I also review videos that you sent in to me, that can be a review of your practice or a review of your performance.

I have been producing music with FL Studio for years and love to share my knowledge with people who want to learn this too. Whether you are a beginner and would like to learn how to make a song from scratch or if you are already more experienced and would like to take your music to a new level, I can help you with that.
I specialize in Electronic Dance Music (EDM), but I also have experience with many other genres.

I am currently taking a Professional Music Production course myself, so I also learn new things every week that I can include in my own lessons.

Born and raised in Northern Ontario, Canada, I've been playing music for over 40 years. I'm starting to get the hang of it. Classically trained and world influenced, I am proficient in both old and new musical styles My main instrument is guitar, but I am also quite taken by the piano. I would be happy to show you some of what I've learned. I have taught music to people of all ages and of various backgrounds. I have a nice rapport with kids and adults. I am friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to have around for 45 minutes each week. I speak english, french, spanish, german, and some dutch.

I am a second year Master student at the jazz department of the Prins Claus conservatoire. I am a bass player and a composer, who performed in over 10 countries with different projects as a leader and a sideman.
Bass lessons include:
-bass technique
-multiple genres (pop, rock, jazz, funk, soul, hip hop,...)
- music theory
- composition
-improvisation
-arranging
-studio recording
I am open to any needs and wishes of a student and I would make a personal schedule for each student, depending on their needs and goals.

Whether it is explaining how sound, microphones, speakers, computer hardware, plugins or software works, or helping you or teaching you any stage of the production process, from recording to mixing and mastering.

I am good with words, excited about music, have worked for major national bands, and can work with any Digital Audio Workstation of your choosing.

Hi, I'm Sterre! In 2024 I got my bachelor's degree in classical piano at the conservatory in Rotterdam. I'm currently doing my master's degree at the Prins Claus Conservatory in Groningen. I regularly give concerts, besides that I also really enjoy giving piano lessons to children and adults who are motivated to learn to play this instrument! I give piano lessons in Groningen.

My passion for playing the piano started when I was 11 years old. I was staying with a friend who had a piano. At first I wasn't very interested, but by chance I had a piano app on my phone that allowed you to play the easy version of Für Elise and other pieces. Because I thought it would be more fun to play on a real piano, I sat down at it. I enjoyed it so much that I played the piano the rest of the day!

Later I got a piano myself. I taught myself to read notes and the theory around it. I progressed very quickly, because within a year I was accepted to the preparatory course of the conservatory in Rotterdam. (Havo/Vwo for music and dance.) When I finished the preparatory course I continued with the Bachelor at the Rotterdam conservatory. At the moment I am studying in the first year of my Master.

Piano lessons:
First we discuss your goals with each other to see where you want to grow towards. I then adapt my lessons accordingly.

Furthermore, I find it important to focus the lessons on the basic principles of piano playing. Notation, rhythmic skills and a good body and hand position. In addition, I find it very important to teach expression and musicality. But the most important thing is to have fun playing the piano!

Anyone can learn to play the piano!
From the age of 5 I also give piano lessons to children. I teach in a playful way to keep it interesting for children. I work with a nice lesson book with nice assignments and clear explanations.
