You pick the topic (how to make fresh pasta like tagliatelle or ravioli, lasagne, parmigiana, tiramisù or other many vegetarian options), I’ll prepare a list of ingredients we need, where to find it and what’s best in terms of quality. I collect different recipes and variations in order to meet your taste keeping the “Italian way” to do it!

Hey everybody! I’m Veronica, born and raised in Sardinia - Italy almost 30 years ago. Very passionate about food, since I was able reach the table I’ve been helping my parents running a small family restaurant, and I currently work as a cook here In the Netherlands. My study background is in visual arts, which helps in plating and presentation ☺️
I like to cook with simple, good quality ingredients and everything fresh, I try to make everything myself cause the food experience starts in the kitchen!
I lived in Australia, New Zealand and Samoa, where learned how to cook some polinesian dishes too.
