Hi,
I offer private kickboxing lessons to every beginner or intermediate that would like to focus on the technique + physical conditioning. I have been practicing this sport for more than 10 years and I have competed at amateur level in several competitions in Spain and Netherlands.
We will train in the most convenient outdoor place for you with the only condition that has to be in Amsterdam.
Is strongly recommend to train in Vondelpark because the wide available space or Museumplein in the rainy days since is covered.

I offer kickboxing classes for beginners and intermediates. The lesson consists in 10 minutes of warming up, 10 minutes of physical conditioning, 35 minutes of technique training on pads and 5 minutes of stretching.
This can be also adjusted to the needs of each person.

Opleiding
I have been training in several gyms across different countries like Spain, Netherlands and recently in Thailand. In all these places I was lucky to be taught by great teachers and I have learned different training methods and having a sharp for spotting fields where your skills could be improved.
