I teach seasonal Vinyasa Yoga outside. As long as the weather will let us, let's take a hike together through the outskirts of Soubes, France, bring some water and treats for after, and meet for an hour of Yoga. My style strengthens balance and flexibilty, both in life and on the mat. I am a 200 hr. Yoga Alliance registered Teacher and Feng Shui Practitioner.
