Learning percussion and any melodic instruments can be a hassle to tackle. I, Juan Romero, am currently majoring in Music at the Jackson State University music department. I will apply the same things I learned in my lessons here and apply them to my own lessons and go into depth on breaking down fundamentals and exercises to better your musicianship. No matter the skill lesson, there will always be a way to grow the knowledge you have on your current instrument. I teach snare drum, both concert and marching styles. I teach piano at an intermediate to advanced level as well. As well as snare drum, I also play 4-mallet percussion along with playing timpani.
