For kids, most of my classes include learning some grammar and vocabulary, but I really try to focus on natural learning through speaking, listening, and playing games. My classes are not a cram school. We don't use books here. Most of the time we use flashcards and we might use some prints depending on what is being taught. I want to teach the joy of using English for real life communication and have fun doing it :) For at home study, I give homework that is age and level appropriate. For adults, I offer in-person "Free Talk" classes. These classes are very popular and are ok for any age. If you want to talk about daily life, news, hobbies, traveling, etc. and enjoy speaking English, then this is a good class to do it. Usually a 1-hour class is best as it gives plenty of time. If a shorter, or longer, class is better for you I can do that too. Just ask :)
