Hello, my name is Sofia and I'm an engineering student tutoring on the side. I have worked as a tutor for several years, mostly primary school children, and this experience has enabled me to pursue two passions: teaching and math. I love to share my knowledge with those who want to learn and to come up with creative ways to solve problems successfully. I'm goal-driven and determined in my work, and will celebrate small victories while using mistakes as opportunities to do better. I believe it's important to encourage all students, whether young or old, to treat stumbling blocks as just that rather than as insurmountable obstacles. In addition to teaching math, I'm also available for English and Italian language lessons.
