Hi there! My name is Francisca and I am a 1st violinist in Residentie Orkest (Den Haag).
I firmly believe that passionate and hardworking people can learn and develop their violin skills independently of their current level. However, for that to be possible, it is essential to focus on the background of each individual and accommodate the teaching method according to the student's possibilities and wishes.
For the past 7 years I have been living in the Netherlands, I have taught students of different ages, nationalities, and levels. During my studies, I also had the chance to participate in a methodology course, which greatly influenced me as a teacher.
As a 1st violin member of the Residentie Orkest in Den Haag, I am also interested in teaching orchestral excerpts and helping with audition preparation."

It is an understandable chain of tools that can be learned and practiced into performance. Improvisation is something that requires discipline as much as freedom, and in fact, it stems from the understanding of sounds, the music's natural grammar.
