You will start to enjoy playing the piano both during and outside of the time of the class. You will learn how to be able to perform in a way that inspires your audience. I will teach you the basic music theory without going way deep into it because this is a performance class but you will learn what you need to excel in your performance. Additionally, I will teach you the principles of aesthetics of playing the piano. The repertoire that I focus on is mostly Western modern and Classical music, but we can also work on some famous Persian and Turkish pieces if you like. Of course, you are also always welcome to bring your favorite pieces to the class. Contact me for availability.

I am a 25 year Master Student from Düsseldorf. I am very flexible timewise as I most of my uni content is online and recorded. Now some information about my guitar experience:

I've been playing acoustic and electric guitar for over twelve years. I played in two bands and was a prize winner atat German music contest on state level. I have already given lessons for 3 children and 5 adults and can teach beginner to advanced level. "Offline and "Online".

In my lessons, I make sure that fun and motivation is quickly generated. I explain music theory only to the extent that it always contributes to direct progress on the instrument. I am always patient and friendly, and as soon as you have some basic knowledge, I am happy to respond to individual wishes.
Of course I also give lessons via Skype and Zoom and send practice material as a Word file afterwards.

Classes can be held at my place in Utrecht Overvecht or as I can also come to your place. Whatever you prefer.

My name is Ben (26), and I'm a certified drum teacher with about 15 years of experience behind the kit. Previously I have studied jazz drums at Kunstuniversitat of Graz. Currently I'm teaching at multiple institutions in Amsterdam such as: Lucky Beat Music Club, United Pop, British School of Amsterdam.

In addition to my performing work as a drummer and composer, I have been teaching drums to motivated students of different levels and ages for over 20 years. As a certified drum teacher (Amsterdam Conservatory), I have my own teaching practice in the Q-factory in Amsterdam East/Oostpoort: Drum Practice East. Hi! My name is Jobbe. Once upon a time, I was an aspiring academic, but longing for a more creative way to share my voice I started singing and quite I recently graduated form the Master of Music program direction Music Theatre. I know how arduous the artistic journey can be yet, we take it none the less, because we are all striving for this little moment of magic that arises when everything falls into place. For me, I saw this happening many times during a performance but also in coaching others and it gives me chills every time. And I would be honoured to help you pass on this little spark of magic to others!

I teach violin to children and adults, beginners and advanced.

Every student is unique. Besides developing good technique, I also enjoy meeting each student's musical wishes and dreams. Learning to play the violin is a collaborative process!

From the very first lesson, I pay a lot of attention to playing together, because making music together is the most fun there is!

In addition to individual lessons, I support my students' playing in orchestras, ensembles, and bands. There are also several opportunities to perform with the accompaniment of a professional pianist. Once a year, I organize a video recording day with several students for competitions and contests. My students have won awards, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

In addition to individual lessons, I offer a "MY LITTLE VIOLIN" STROLL COURSE for children aged 3-5. This course consists of 10 lessons for young children, introducing them to music and the violin. I also offer this course to English- and German-speaking children.

I teach violin in four different languages: Dutch, German, English and Italian.

Violin lessons at home are also possible.

About Me:
I'm a violinist with the Dutch National Opera & Ballet in Amsterdam. I've worked with numerous orchestras both in the Netherlands and abroad. I also perform chamber music and Brazilian choro (Duo Chorinho, with Alvaro Rovira Ruiz on guitar). I received international training at the conservatories of Hamburg, Rome, and Amsterdam.

I have been working as a violin teacher for over 30 years, including internationally, including a masterclass for Brazilian violin students at the University of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
