Hi! I specialize in Yin Yoga and my goal is to bring you (back) in touch with yourself. By combining deep stretches with breathing exercises and meditation you can let go of stress and tension and you can come into deep relaxation with a clear mind.

At Yin Yoga we stay in the postures for a few minutes to stimulate the fascia tissue, calm the nervous system and create more space in our body.

Many of my clients are ambitious, enterprising people who want to feel good about themselves and by integrating Yin Yoga into their day or week, release stress and tension, recharge and gain more energy. They can focus better, get to know themselves better and they are more productive.
