Ich bin Britta, 28 Jahre alt und bringe schon seit Jahren Kindern und Erwachsenen alles mögliche an Musik bei. Seit Kindesalter spielt Musik für mich eine sehr wichtige Rolle im Leben. Dank der musikalischen Förderung meiner Eltern durfte ich musikalische Früherziehung kennenlernen und viele verschiedene Instrumente erlernen. Eine jahrelange Gesangsausbildung, viele Chöre und Bands formten meine Sing- und Sprechsstimme. Natürlich lerne ich auch heute noch jeden Tag dazu. Jetzt im Nachhinein als Lehrerin kann ich mit Sicherheit eine musikalische Förderung auch schon in jungen Jahren als absolut wichtig für die spätere Entwicklung definieren. Der MiMaMusikunterricht bietet eine einzigartige und sehr persönliche Lernmethode, die eine Atmosphäre schafft, in der du als kreativer Mensch gefördert, geschult und ermutigt wirst, das beste aus dir rauszuholen.

Ich studiere momentan an der Universität zu Köln und gebe seit 5 Jahren regelmäßig Unterricht an Kinder und Erwachsene ind den unterschiedlichsten Instrumenten. Dank meiner musikalischen Förderung, konnte ich viele Instrumente kennen lernen und erleben.

Leservaring

Seit Jahren konnte ich nun schon Erfahrungen im Musik-Unterricht mit Kindern und Erwachsenen sammeln. Es macht mir unendlich viel Spaß und corona-bedingt klappt es online über Skype oder Zoom super!

Welcome to my piano teaching studio! I am a professional pianist offering private piano and theory lessons for students of all levels. As a pianist with over 14 years of teaching experience in Europe and the USA, as well as over 23 years of playing/performing, I enjoy motivating my students with music of their own preferred style and interest, whether that be classical or contemporary. My main goal is to promote a positive experience and love for music-making during the learning process. If the student is interested in a more structured approach, I guide preparation for grades 1-8 of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) piano and music theory exams where my students consistently receive highest marks. I also have successful experience preparing students for conservatory entrance auditions, masterclasses, and competitions in the Europe, the USA, India, and Canada. We have class concerts at Pianos Maene for interested students twice per year. I am happy to provide either a more relaxed or a serious approach to learning piano, we simply need to discuss the personal goals and preferences of each student.

My own studies are as follows: I have obtained two postgraduate performance degrees at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp: "Concertsoloist" in Piano Performance and "Chamber Music” (under the guidance of esteemed professor Sergei Edelmann). Prior to this, I received my Bachelor and Masters degrees in Piano Performance/Music from the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis (with Prof. Lydia Artymiw) and Texas Christian University, Fort Worth (with Dr. Tamas Ungar). My experience includes collaboration with many different instrumentalists and singers, performing as a soloist and collaborative member in several orchestras, and receiving top prizes in several competitions. While maintaining my performance and recording career in Belgium at present, I am developing my private music studio in central Antwerp and look forward to meeting new students.

Mijn naam is Jasper en ik ben een gitaarleerkracht op zoek naar nieuwe leerlingen.

Voor mij is het belangrijk dat je je gitaarvaardigheden kunt ontwikkelen in een motiverende prive-les waar de focus op jouw interesses ligt.
Tijdens de lessen kunnen we de genres rock, pop, funk, jazz, blues en alles daartussen behandelen.
De lessen zijn voor leerlingen van alle leeftijden en niveau's. Kennis van notenleer is niet vereist.

Bij pianoles gebruiken wij de boekmethode van Hal Leonard (Kinderen onder 8 het Les- en Speelboek).
Alles wordt stap voor stap uitgelegd en gaandeweg leer je noten lezen en piano leren kennen.

Kijk in het begin samen naar wat voor jou belangrijk is. Welke doelen wil je stellen en wat voelt haalbaar en comfortabel?
We stellen lange termijn doelen van bijvoorbeeld een jaar. Helemaal afgestemd op waar jij nu staat.

Ik ben een Spaanse pianist en componist (MMus afgestudeerd aan Codarts Rotterdam in beide richtingen) met al veel jaren leservaring, en ook zeer actief op het gebied van optredens in diverse contexten.

Hi there,

I’ve been playing guitar since I was 12 and was immediately hooked. Within a year I started playing in youth bands and projects, and during high school I moved to a music school where I began performing with bands and teaching guitar to kids as my first job. I later completed two bachelor’s degrees, the second in jazz guitar, at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Since then I’ve been working full time as a session guitarist, songwriter, and musical director with artists like Karsu, Alain Clark, Ruth Jacott, Jennie Lena, and many others, as well as releasing my own music as an independent artist under my stage name Jessy Hay. I’m extremely passionate about music theory, ear training, and music history, and I try to combine all of these with practical approaches to create a complete package for guitar enthusiasts.

Over the years I’ve developed many methods and seen hundreds of students grow from being stuck on the instrument to becoming full-on improvisers and composers across many genres. I love to combine the theory and improvisation I’ve learned from jazz, together with the groove and rhythm from funk and soul, the attitude from rock, and the production and songwriting skills from pop music. I’m also very interested in Middle Eastern music, for students who want to explore other scales, Maqams, and musical languages. Lessons usually start by discussing the student’s goals and current level, followed by exercises and pieces tailored to their needs. I also provide guidance on instrument setup, tone, and technique, to ensure a solid foundation. My aim is to give students a full 360° view of music: understanding the language, knowing what you’re doing, and developing your own ways of improving by becoming more familiar with both the instrument and the musical language itself.
