Acting is not just for the stage — it can also be a powerful tool for personal development. There are many wonderful exercises that help you connect with yourself, your body, your emotions, and your energy.
Have you ever wondered why your voice shakes, or why you get a stomach ache before speaking in public?
It’s not all in your head — it’s a complex mind–body connection.
I have a background in theatre, having studied theatre directing and completing my PhD in 2015. Even during my studies, I was fascinated by acting exercises and attended many professional training sessions on the subject.
Gradually, I began teaching. My clients were not only artists, but also managers, IT professionals, doctors, teachers, and many others. I quickly realized how valuable these exercises are for both professional and personal development.
Over the years, I ran a school called everydayACTOR in Bratislava, where I taught more than 2,500 clients.
Currently, I teach young teachers at KPH Wien how to integrate drama into their lessons.
I also offer private coaching to the public. If you’d like to improve your confidence, presence, or communication skills, I would love to work with you!

I studied theatre directing and dramaturgy at the Academy of Performing Arts in Slovakia, where I defended my doctorate in 2015. Since 2009, I have been a part of the World Theater Training Institute Berlin. I have been sharing my knowledge as a public speaking trainer and acting, voice coach for 15 years. I am currently teaching drama pedagogy at the KPH Wien and I am dedicated to writing and directing plays, mostly for children. I also work on stage speech techniques and research on topic Drama and theatre in education. I am a member of IDEA Austria and the VASTA – voice and speech trainers association.
