Mathematics can be hard, but I really think that a good help can often change things. I've been tutoring students struggling with math since 2013 and I am pretty sure I can easily help you.

We can tailor our lessons on the format you prefer. We can either work and solve the exercises you are given at school, or review and re-explain old concepts, working towards a better comprehension of them.

I will ask you to tell me some days before the lesson on which topic you want to deal with in the lesson. Then, it would be also nice to be able to consult your books.

I am 24 years old italian student of the University Of Amsterdam. I was born and grew up in Italy, and I felt in love with Italian Literature during my high school. I firmly believe in the power of education as something that can allow people to enjoy and live a better life. I am passionate about teaching and I spent many years of my life tutoring.

Opleiding

I obtained my bachelor degree in Philosophy with grade of 100/100 cum laude at the University of Florence.
I am currently studying in the two-years Master of Logic and Philosophy in Amsterdam, I will probably graduate in July 2021.
I concluded the course for teaching Italian to foreigners for the certificate DITALS.

I have started tutoring in Italian Literature five years ago. At the beginning I was used to teach it to italian native speakers. One year ago, I started teaching Italian to Amsterdammers.

Lessons can be structured in many ways:
- A more sistematic learning of Italian, going through Grammar, Writing, Reading and so on.
- A special focus on conversation and chatting, while also learning and practicing new elements of the language.
- A study path aimed to enjoy the beauty of Italian Literature (although for such a class the student's level is required to be already fairly high).

Of course, a mix of all these categories is possible, and every lesson will be completely tailored on the needs of the learner. In addition to this, we will make large use of movies, songs, newspapers and everything that can make learning one of the most enjoyable moments.

If you are struggling with a specific subject, we can look together at what you are good at and what we can best focus on during the sessions. During exam training I work with old exams with a focus on the latest developments in the field.
