- This course offers caring, creative and personalized support, based on visual arts (drawing, painting, collage) and expression techniques inspired by therapeutic theatre, in order to help the participant to know themselves better, to express their emotions and to strengthen their personal balance.

- The sessions are adapted to the age, pace and needs of each participant, in a safe and respectful environment.
