I've played guitar for over 10 years, and have taught many people during that time. I prefer to play by ear, so i can help you develop your own musical ear, which unlocks the ability to improvise, jam with other musicians, and understand music to a deeper degree.

Bring me a song you'd like to play, and we'll work through others to help build upon the techniques you'll need to be able to play freely and accuratley, the music you'd like to play.

I give guitar lessons for all levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced students).

I hold the CEM of guitar of the Conservatoire de Lyon and I have a 5 years experience in teaching guitar.

Classes are directed to the accompaniment guitar (possibly songs), the classical guitar (including solfege) and improvisation. I am also familiar with oriental and world music ranges (India, Latin America, blues, international songs, etc. ).

My classes take place at the student's home (Lyon 3).

Guitar lessons with Marcus (English\French) - Graduated with two Masters (pedagogy and performance) in classical guitar at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève and a degree from the Royal Northern College of Music.

I will share with you the knowledge acquired during my many years of training as well as masterclasses from the greatest classical guitarists.

A violinist for 20 years, I received classical music training at a conservatory. I experiment with different violin styles (baroque, oriental, Balkan, folk, South American, popular, film music...).
