As a 200-hour certified Yoga teacher, I can offer a variety of classes, Hatha, Vinyasa or Restorative. I aim to tailor the class to you and your needs - do you want to develop strength, flexibility and work with your body? Or maybe you need to calm down, ground yourself and find peace within? All of this is possible!

Due to additional certifications in trauma-informed yoga and yoga therapy for anxiety, I am able to support students going through a rough time through a mindful and particularly sensitive approach. Whilst I am not a therapist and always recommend seeking professional help, I can help develop certain tools to help ease symptoms such as anxiety, e.g. by working with the breath. There are many options, just reach out to me and we see together what we can do!

Über mich
My name is Tara, I came to The Netherlands for my studies in International Affairs and ended up changing pathways completely whilst here. Going through a personally difficult time, I found my way to Yoga which greatly helped me develop a better, healthier and more balanced relationship with myself.

It is because of this that I decided to start teaching Yoga, because I wanted to bring Yoga to people and enable them to experience the same benefits that I had. This is why I take a very mindful and tailored approach to every single student and their needs. I meet you where you are at - Yoga is for everybody!

I combine different styles of asanas, mostly astanga, vinyasa for a more juicy flowy practice and yin yoga for a more restorative and slow gentle approach.
