This class is for aiming for confident Italian speakers and practice is the best way to improve language fluency.
My students and I love to split each class into two parts: the first half generally focused on grammar (foundations are crucial) and the second always dedicated to speaking activities and conversation.
We'll talk about a number of different topics and share content and ideas while having lots of fun.

Classes will be in English, hopefully in Italian :)

I am a 4th-year student about to finish my degree in European Languages and Cultures. I have lived internationally since the age of 13 so I am familiar with all forms of English, whether it is American or Australian. I have taught English in the past to children in Tanzania and that was an experience that taught me how to deal with beginners of a language and children in particular. My course allows me to be fluent in both English and Italian while retaining knowledge regarding the structural parts of the language, therefore I can teach advanced Italian if needed as well. I can teach Italian using both Spanish and English as teaching language, once the level is high enough, classes will usually be conducted only in Italian.

-I am a sociable guy that likes other people's company and likes teaching people new things. I want to become a teacher when I'm older so teaching on here is perfect, and so far all my students were successful through their journey.
-I like to play sports and piano, and I am obsessed with arts, especially music and cooking (if you can consider it an art xD)

Ciao a tutti! I am Sofia, 25 years old, Italian teacher with a Bachelor degree in Italian Literature at the University of Milan and a Master at the University of Fribourg, (CH), currently living in Groningen. I come from a city near Milan, where since for years I thaught Italian to foregners living in the city as a tool for intercultural communication and intergration. For the past 4 years, I have been teaching Italian professionally, with students of different levels, from absolute beginners to advanced, younger and adults, online (students mostly from Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands) and offline (students from all the world). I have experience as a middle school teacher in Italy and as an Italian for foreigners intern in the Dante Alighieri Institute (Italian cultural institute) of Innsbruck, Austria. I can provide the materials for my courses. If the student wishes, I can enrich my lessons with excursions into Italian literature and culture, that, of course, I love very much. In overall, what I enjoy most about teaching languages is the human exchange, so I try to create friendly and conversational environments, following my students' talents and interests with different kinds of inputs and media(reading, songs, videos, etc). I also studied French and earned the European Baccalaureate, so I can confidently help you with all three languages, whether you’re a beginner, need exam prep, or just want to improve your conversation skills.

I work with kids, students, and adults, anyone looking to learn or improve their language skills.I have a C1 on the three languages (according to the European Baccalaureate, but I am in the process of getting the official certificates) and plenty of experience helping others, especially kids (I have many siblings, so I know how to keep learning fun and engaging!).
I'm an international student in Groningen, currently I'm on my second year of studying International Communication at Hanze University of Applied Sciences. I sadly do not speak any Dutch, therefore the lessons will be taught in English, I also do not have a place to hold the lessons so we can do it online or I can travel to your place!
