Amsterdam based saxophonist and composer. Born in Caracas, Venezuela (1998) his musical style reflects an interest for jazz tradition with latinamerican, caribbean and Venezuelan folk influences. He studied music composition in Escuela de Música Ars Nova.
At age 20, Leonardo moved to Europe to continue his studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam where he had lessons with Ben van Gelder, Dick Oatts, Simon Rigter, Melissa Aldana, Ben Wendel, Marc Scholten, among others.
