I've been preparing students for the A-Levels and GCSE (language + literature). I can prepare you for specific examinations, language lessons in general or teach you Italian for business. The lessons are for everyone, whatever their age or level (children to adults). I will make sure that you discover the Italian culture through the lessons, learn the correct pronunciation and of course learn some grammar. I trained as a professional chef in Los Angeles and ran kitchens for 12 years, both on the west coast of the states and in Amsterdam. Throughout my career I was invested in making vegetarian and vegan cooking a staple of every restaurant I worked in, and showing people how nutritious and delicious this ethical diet can be.
I have also spent years working with farmers and market gardeners as well as in supermarkets focussing on understanding where food comes from.
Additionally, as a flexitarian for almost 20 years ( I eat animal products a few times a year) I am well-versed in how to build a healthy diet and save money and time!
I'd love to work with you to feel confident about using new products and expanding your understanding of nutrition and cooking techniques from the vegan and vegetarian kitchen.
