My teaching method is adapting myself and everything else to my student needs. Not every one wants the same routine as the rest, or just learn irrelevant things for their purpose. I start my class the first minutes introducing myself and getting to know the students to create a relaxed environment. Then comes the negotiation: what they prefer to do/study. I focus the learning process doing communication exercises cause I believe it is one of the best ways to learn a foreign language: then the students will do the rule of grammar (with a little help from me), followed by written exercises (filling gaps for example), gaming strategies, and to reach the end of the session will come its explanation and after we will do corrections and an auto evaluation.
