This class introduces students to the Korean language and culture with no prior experience required. Students will learn to read and write Hangul, use essential vocabulary, and practice basic conversational skills such as greetings, self-introductions, and everyday expressions. Emphasis is placed on correct pronunciation, polite speech levels, and practical communication through interactive activities. Cultural context is integrated throughout the course to help students understand how language is used in real-life Korean settings. By the end of the class, students will be able to communicate simple ideas confidently in Korean and recognize key aspects of Korean culture

This course is designed to support students who need targeted assistance in specific areas of chemistry. Instruction is individualized to address each student’s needs, covering topics from middle school chemistry through college-level general chemistry.
