I specialise in tutoring Chemistry for up to GCSE students. My aim is to regularly test students to build their factual knowledge and once the knowledge is strong, application of the knowledge is used in questions to achieve the highest grade possible for the student. I will do one-to-one lessons or maximum of 2-3 in class so I can focus on the students' weaknesses and set them individual targets. Weekly knowledge test will be carried out to exercise their memory regularly and help them to answer exam-style questions. I will provide you with a set of notes to work from so you listen to the theory instead of wasting your time writing notes in the lesson. I am an A-level student and have completed the new specification for the AQA GCSE chemistry course, and have struggled to get a grasp on certain areas of the course. However, I have conquered my difficulties and achieved the highest grade possible, therefore I hope to help the student to achieve their maximum potential by persevering through the course. To achieve the highest grade it is important to learn to like or love the subject, and that is done by finding the subject easy to understand and remember.
