Yoga is so much more than just exercise. It’s a way of breathing, moving, thinking, feeling, and living. When practiced with awareness, it becomes a powerful tool for transformation on every level.
Yoga entered my life at 17, just before I completed my education to become a professional ballet dancer. Since then, it has been apart of my life.
I received my yoga training at a traditional Indian school and am certified as a Multi-Style Yoga Teacher through the India Yoga Alliance.
